Jörn J. Rahden

Jörn J. Rahden has been practising as an attorney since 1998. He specialised in employment law as early as 2000 and primarily advises companies, management board members, managing directors and executives on all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as general service contract law.

In addition to out-of-court advice for both employers and employees, including related areas of law, nationwide litigation is a key focus of his work. As part of his employer-side practice, Jörn J. Rahden also conducts negotiations with works councils at business level and in conciliation committees, as well as collective bargaining with trade unions. Another focus is the drafting of employment contracts and supplementary agreements.
