Andreas Borsutzky has been admitted as an attorney since 2003 and advises clients throughout Germany on all areas of individual and collective employment law, including related litigation at all court levels.
Profile
Andreas Borsutzky has particular expertise in advising on restructurings and workforce reductions, works constitution and co-determination law, as well as employment law matters relating to the establishment of SEs and transactions. He advises both employers and group works councils, general works councils and works councils, in particular in national and international corporate groups.
Academic Work
Since 2012, Andreas Borsutzky has been Professor of Business Law, in particular Employment Law and Commercial and Corporate Law, at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Hamburg.
