Dr. Paula Zschoche

Paula Zschoche has been practising as an attorney since 2023 and has since specialised in employment law. She advises employees, works councils and companies on all matters of individual and collective employment law.

After completing her doctorate in collective employment law, Paula Zschoche completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Lübeck with a focus on employment law. Since 2023, she has worked exclusively as an employment lawyer.

A key focus of her work is disputes relating to dismissals, termination agreements and equal treatment matters. She represents both employees and companies. She also advises works councils on all matters of works constitution law.
