Employee representation on the supervisory board of German Companies and in the European Company (SE)
Employee representation on supervisory boards.
WÆRK assist in the preparation and implementation of the election of employee representatives to the supervisory board.
In the case of co-determination at company and group level provided for by law in accordance with the German One-Third Participation Act (DrittelbG) or the German Co-Determination Act (MitbestG), employee representatives must be elected to a supervisory board, which thus has an influence on central corporate decisions. The aforementioned legal provisions are supplemented by the SE Employee Involvement Act (SEBG), which in principle also provides for a corporate supervisory board.
