Focus and Qualifications

Jörn J. Rahden, who has been practicing as an attorney since 1998, specialized in employment law as early as 2000 and focuses on advising companies, board members, managing directors and executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as general employment contract law.

In addition to out-of-court advice on the employer and employee side, which also includes the adjacent areas of law, the focus of his work is nationwide representation in litigation. As part of his advice to employers, Jörn J. Rahden also conducts negotiations with works councils at the company level and in the conciliation committee as well as collective bargaining negotiations with the trade union. Another focus is the drafting of contracts and supplementary agreements under employment law.
